The Senior Technical Officer, Urban Upgrading will join an innovative team working to develop strategies to upgrade high risk informal settlements into healthier, safer, more prosperous neighborhoods, and build local capacity to respond to urban disasters. He/she will work with the team to help capture and better understand urban trends that affect the lives and livelihoods of households in urban areas, and assist PCI to further document and systematize its strategies to address them.

The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will manage the day to day implementation of Honduras's framework, strategy, and system for high-quality monitoring and evaluation, learning and knowledge management. S/he will work in close collaboration with the Regional Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist to integrate technical tools and approaches into the MOCCA project and ensure that the project's technical foundation is solidly anchored in quality and performance improvements.
The Country Manage/Agribusiness Specialist (CM) serves as the main point of contact and provides overall day to day oversight of operations within Honduras, ensuring overall coordination and liaison with public and private sector and other donors and partners. The CM is responsible for project deliverables in the country and remains in regular contact with the CoP and regional team.
