NCA has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dynamic leader who will be responsible for NCA's program in Syria and Lebanon.
Under the direct supervision of the Procurement and Subcontract Specialist, the incumbent of this position is responsible to provide support for procurement of goods and services for all project sectors and field offices as well as process of tenders for framework contracts and complex purchases, and support in planning activities in the Procurement and Contract Section/Procurement Unit.

The SRTF is a multi-donor trust fund that was established in September 2013 to finance recovery and rehabilitation activities aimed at alleviating the suffering of the Syrian people affected by the conflict. The Stabilisation Unit of the SRTF was established in September 2017 to finance community stabilization activities in newly liberated areas from ISIS.

A university post-graduate with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in procurement and contracts management at a senior level preferably within a humanitarian context.
