Reports to: Head of Technical Assistance, Strategy, Advocacy & Learning Department.
Direct Reports: Small team of five, comprising technical advisers and support officers. Occasional postgraduate interns and volunteers
Liaises with: Relevant colleagues in Strategy, Advocacy and Learning, International Programmes, Emergency, HR & Public Affairs directorates as well as colleagues in Concern UK and US and in Concern’s fields of operation.
The Global Shelter Cluster State of Humanitarian Shelter and Settlements Working Group, co-led by IFRC and UNHCR, is seeking a consultant to carry out data gathering and analysis related to current trends in the humanitarian shelter and settlements sector. Watchlist on Children and Armed Conflict (Watchlist) strives to end violations against children in armed conflict and to guarantee their rights. As a global network, the Watchlist builds partnerships among local, national, and international nongovernmental organizations, enhancing mutual capacities and strengths. Working together, we collect and disseminate information on violations against children in conflicts in order to influence key decision-makers to create and implement programs and policies that effectively protect children.

Bajo la supervisión de el/la Coordinador/a del proyecto, djel/la Especialista en Comunicaciones y Gestión de Conocimiento será responsable de la implementación del Resultado 3.4; Conocimiento gestionado en apoyo al manejo sostenible de paisajes productivos en la Amazonía peruana.
FUNCIONES Y TAREAS
Manages the MRS Office of Resettlement Services refugee research and evaluation functions and works to ensure that the office is well positioned to collect, analyze, and report on outcome data. Serves as the point person to align program and organizational data needs with the development of education and learning needs of resettlement services at the national and local levels. Also manages the Parishes Organized to Welcome Refugees (POWR) Program and development of resources necessary to sustain POWR. Contributes to the Bishops’ strategic plan for the Conference.
The Syria Resilience Consortium was formed in 2016 with the mission of equipping conflict-affected Syrians with the tools and skills to rebuild their lives. We are the only consortium of International NGOs on the ground in both government and non-government controlled areas, reaching conflict-affected people wherever they are.
