Who we are
As a member of the West & Central Africa Senior Leadership team, you will have shared accountability for Save the Children's international development and emergency programming in the region of approximately $180 million through an organisation of over 2,400 people. To achieve our ambitious goals and breakthroughs for children, the leadership team will, in collaboration with Save the Children Members and in conjunction with the other regional organisations, aim to drive growth to $2.7 billion by 2018.
The cluster approach ensures clear leadership, predictability and accountability in international responses to humanitarian emergencies by clarifying the division of labour among organizations and better defining their roles and responsibilities within the different sectors of the response. It aims to make the international humanitarian community better organised and more accountable and professional, so that it can be a better partner for the affected people, host governments, local authorities, local civil society and resourcing partners.

The Danish Refugee Council assists refugees and internally displaced persons across the globe: we provide emergency aid, fight for their rights, and strengthen their opportunity for a brighter future. We work in conflict-affected areas, along the displacement routes, and in the countries where refugees settle. In cooperation with local communities, we strive for responsible and sustainable solutions. We work toward successful integration and – whenever possible – for the fulfillment of the wish to return home.
Have you worked in creative communications campaigns or building on social media?

Who are we?
ShelterBox is committed to working towards a future where no family goes without shelter, but we have our work cut out for us. In 2016, around 85 million people were displaced by conflict and natural disasters. Some projections suggest that this figure will grow to 200 million within 10 years.
ShelterBox is made up of people who believe in shelter as a human right – that shelter from the chaos of disaster and conflict is vital. No ifs. No buts. We're working to change this by providing emergency shelter.
