Save the Children is seeking a Technical Director for an anticipated five-year USAID-funded Youth Connect Activity program in the Centre-Nord, Est and Sahel region of Burkina Faso and Tillabery, Maradi, Diffa and Zinder regions of Niger. This program is one of several activities supporting USAID’s Bridge project, devoted to addressing the development challenges at the nexus of countering violent extremism and resilience.

Do you want to join NRC's newly established NRC country programme - Burkina Faso and Niger, as our new HR Manager?
We are looking for a motivated and committed colleague to join our team in Burkina Faso/Niger and take on the dynamic and strategic key role as HR Manager. Burkina Faso/Niger is in a start-up phase and will be managed by one Country Director (CD). You will report to the CD and be part of the country management group. You will be required to travel frequently to Niger and the area offices.

Burkina Faso has been rocked by rising conflict activity, particularly militant activity in the bordering regions with Mali in the North and Niger in the East. Initially, violence was principally between militant groups and the security forces.
