The Strategic Information (SI) Specialist will provide technical support to the monitoring and evaluation (M&E) activities of the proposed project, and also lead activities to enhance the health information system (HIS) in PEPFAR priority countries, including improving data tools, data quality, access and use. The SI Specialist will provide support to the HIS project team and in the design and implementation of HIS strategies, data quality assurance, associated frameworks and methodologies, data analytics, as well as knowledge management.
The Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Expert will provide technical expertise for in-depth geospatial analyses of HIV epidemiologic and program data that can be directly applied to expedite the achievement of PEPFAR targets to attain and sustain control of the HIV epidemic. S/he will work with the Project Director and other technical leads to design and maintain geodatabases to conduct spatial analyses. S/he will provide support in this area to the donor, the Ministry of Health (MOH), and the ICAP project team.
The Project Director for Health Information Systems (HIS) will provide strategic program, administrative and financial leadership for ICAP’s proposed project. The Project Director will be the primary point of contact with CDC, regional and local government counterparts, and partner institutions and will foster partnerships and relationships between ICAP, CDC, and other stakeholders.
The position is contingent upon availability of grant funding.
Position Summary: The Data Analytics and Visualization Specialist is responsible for designing and implementing a strategic vision for electronic systems to analyze, report, visualize, and disseminate program data. S/he will work closely with the Project Director and project team to implement innovative data visualization tools.

Provide technical support, leadership and strategic direction; meet quality standards in shelter delivery, encourage beneficiary participation, liaise with other stakeholders and manage and train shelter staff.
To effectively manage the health project in line with the objectives, timeframe and budget laid down in the current proposal and meet Medair quality standards and the BPHS. To ensure that beneficiary participation is enhanced in all phases of the project. To manage and train the PHC team and locally recruited health staff. To anticipate, plan, and share in the development of new health project proposals.
