Project Development Officer
The ISS seeks to appoint five researchers to the ENACT project’s Regional Organised Crime Observatories (ROCO). The researchers will be based in Pretoria, South Africa; Yaoundé, Cameroon; Abidjan, Cote d’Ivoire; Nairobi, Kenya; and Tunis, Tunisia.
The ENACT project aims to enhance Africa’s response to transnational organised crime, through research, advocacy and evidence-based policy interventions.

This Gender Based Violence (GBV) and Trafficking in Persons (TIP) Expert will provide high-level expertise to ABA ROLI and its partners in Tunisia, in support of ABA ROLI’s work on gender based violence and trafficking in persons. ABA ROLI’s GBV programming is specifically focused on the implementation of Tunisia’s new Violence Against Women Law, while this TIP programming seeks to strengthen the capacity of Tunisia’s legal community, civil society, and governmental actors to combat TIP.

Chemonics seeks a tax administration team leader to provide technical leadership, management, and direction to the Tax Administration Team. The tax administration team leader will oversee all technical deliverables related to tax administration and will work with the chief of party to ensure all deliverables are timely, high in quality, and responsive to the needs of USAID and project counterparts. The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Advisor will be responsible for M&E activities across ABA ROLI’s Middle East and North Africa (MENA) portfolio, with primary responsibility for M&E efforts in Libya, Tunisia, and Egypt. This M&E Advisor will assist with the development of monitoring and evaluation plans and tools, data management and analysis, and program reporting for the specified programs as requested.
Coordinator of the Libya Humanitarian International NGO Forum (LHIF) Terms of Reference
The purpose of this position is to provide technical and logistical support to LHIF to leverage their advocacy and coordination work by making the best use of opportunities for influencing policy and practice. This shall be achieved through developing common positioning on key humanitarian issues, representing members internally and externally and supporting in lobbying key donors, UN agencies and Government Representatives.
