Terms of Reference
The overall purpose of the job is to develop VSO Malawi program Renewable Energy strategy that will increase VSOs visibility in Renewable Energy interventions and enable it partner with other leading development agency’s in implementing Renewable Energy interventions.
The Assistant Country Director (Systems) is a key member of GOAL Malawi’s senior management team and will also be expected to contribute to the overall development and running of the country programme. Significant focus will be on expanding the capacity of the logistic department, IT department, administration and human resources department, through mentoring the different managers. Reporting into the Country Director, the role will also have particular emphasis on monitoring, which will involve a significant amount of internal auditing.
