TERMS OF REFERENCE
· Delivers individual capacity assessment to registered jobseekers to understand their profiles, professional objectives and to identify their skills gaps; ensures that all needed data and information are inserted and processed with the data entry (update on counseling/coaching sessions provided, referral to trainings opportunities, quality of jobs, follow-ups, etc.);
The Intern will provide logistical, research, and administrative support to the Latin America programs. She/he will have the opportunity to gain experience in program administration and development, and writing on topics pertaining to human rights issues in the region. The position is based in Washington, DC and the intern will report to the Director for Latin America programs.
Intern positions are temporary, generally lasting a full semester.
