Here’s where you come in:
As Trainer II – Finance Learning and Development you will deliver and facilitate both simple and complex training programs for global finance staff. You will manage every aspect of the process, from participant nominations, enrollment, and confirmations to communications and coordination before, during, and after each course.
You will identify and brief Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure the training content is accurate and relevant. You will oversee course evaluations, analyze the results, and share key learnings with the instructional design team to help improve future content.
You will make sure all course materials are regularly updated to reflect any organizational changes. You stay in regular communication with stakeholders to assess training needs, evaluate requests for customized sessions, and provide training on demand when needed. You will actively leverage communication opportunities and work collaboratively with colleagues when assigned to team projects. Additionally, you support special projects as requested.
Requirements include:
- Bachelors’ degree or equivalent work experience (4 years). Masters’ preferred
- Two-three years’ work experience in a training or related area
- Effective communication/presentation skills in order to facilitate activities and present information and concepts in a professional and learner focused manner
- Ability to train cross culturally
- Ability to apply project management methods and processes to own, define, plan implement and monitor plans/deliverables, resources and quality
