Position Summary
Under the direction of the CEO, you will contribute to the financing of the organization and its tasks by implementing fundraising strategies for various target groups: building, developing, and maintaining a network of donors and partners, companies, foundations, associations, public and cultural institutions, private donors, and major donors.
Area of work: German-speaking Switzerland and preferably also in French-speaking Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Implementation of the fundraising and partnership strategy
-Drafting and sending funding/partnership requests
-Creating presentation folders for the organization
-Organizing fundraising events and networking events
-Developing fundraising tools and campaigns in cooperation with marketing
-Building, maintaining, and nurturing a network of partners and "high-net-worth individuals"
2. Donor/Partner Management
-Establish a process for donor/partner retention
-Manage donor lists (monitoring updates, segmentation, etc.) using Microsoft Navision in collaboration with the CEO and partners who compile the programs
-Implement the fundraising strategy for the public in German-speaking Switzerland and preferably also in Romandy (French-speaking Switzerland)

8. Education: Fundraising / Communication / Marketing
9. Experience: Fundraising / Marketing
10. Languages: German (native); English (at least B2); French is a clear advantage
11. IT: Office 365 + Navision (preferred)
