STOOS Consulting is a research and evaluation firm specializing in the design and delivery of data-driven studies across humanitarian, development, and public sector programs. With a strong presence across the region, STOOS works with international NGOs, UN agencies, and civil society actors to deliver evidence-based insights for strategic programming and decision-making.

We are seeking Enumerators/Data Collectors and Field Supervisors to support upcoming data collection activities across various locations in Syria, including urban, peri-urban, and rural settings.

📌 Role Overview:
🔹 Conduct field data collection through structured household surveys, key informant interviews, and focus group discussions.
🔹 Ensure accurate and high-quality data recording and submission via digital tools.
🔹 Coordinate effectively with team leaders and supervisors to follow fieldwork protocols and meet tight deadlines.
🔹 Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, ethics, and professionalism while engaging with respondents.

✅ Key Qualifications and Skills:
✔️ Proven experience in field data collection, surveys, or research activities in Syria.
✔️ Strong communication and community engagement skills.
✔️ Experience with digital data collection platforms (e.g., KoboToolbox, ODK, CommCare) is an asset.
✔️ Fluency in Arabic is essential; English proficiency is an added advantage.
✔️ Ability to work independently, under supervision, and in sometimes challenging field environments.

تُعلن شركة STOOS Consulting، وهي شركة استشارية متخصصة في الأبحاث والتقييمات في قطاعات التنمية والاستجابة الإنسانية، عن حاجتها إلى جامعي بيانات ومشرفين ميدانيين لدعم تنفيذ أنشطة جمع البيانات في عدة مناطق داخل سوريا، تشمل المدن والمناطق الريفية.

📌 لمحة عن الدور:
🔹 تنفيذ جمع البيانات ميدانياً باستخدام الاستبيانات، المقابلات مع أصحاب المصلحة، والمناقشات الجماعية.
🔹 ضمان جودة البيانات المُجمعة ودقتها عبر أدوات رقمية.
🔹 التنسيق مع المشرفين لضمان الالتزام بالجداول الزمنية وبروتوكولات العمل الميداني.
🔹 الالتزام بأعلى معايير السرية والمهنية أثناء التفاعل مع المشاركين.

✅ المؤهلات والمهارات المطلوبة:
✔️ خبرة سابقة في جمع البيانات أو العمل الميداني البحثي داخل سوريا.
✔️ مهارات تواصل فعّالة وقدرة على التفاعل مع المجتمعات المحلية.
✔️ يُفضّل الإلمام بأدوات جمع البيانات الرقمية مثل KoboToolbox أو ODK أو CommCare.
✔️ إتقان اللغة العربية مطلوب، والقدرة على التواصل بالإنجليزية ميزة إضافية.
✔️ القدرة على العمل باستقلالية وفي ظروف ميدانية مختلفة.
