AF Development Care (AFDC) proudly presents the Women’s Global Impact Internship Program, an exclusive six-month unpaid internship (July to December 2025) designed to empower young women from India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Maldives, Sri Lanka, Bhutan, Cambodia, Mongolia, Myanmar, Thailand, Philippines, Singapore, Vietnam, Japan, China, South Korea, Israel, and Taiwan. If you’re a passionate young woman (age 24 or under) dreaming of a career in humanitarian aid, this transformative program is your opportunity to shine and make a global impact!

As an intern, you’ll:

What Will You Learn and Do?
From July to December 2025, selected interns will:

• Engage in Tailored Training: Dive into topics like disaster response, women’s empowerment, climate resilience, and project management.
• Contribute to Impactful Projects: Support AFDC’s initiatives through research, campaign planning, and virtual community outreach.
• Advocate for Change: Represent AFDC in virtual forums, raising awareness about humanitarian issues affecting women and marginalized communities.
• Collaborate and Lead: Work in a dynamic team of 20 young women, fostering leadership, teamwork, and cross-cultural collaboration.
• Receive Continuous Mentorship: Get personalized guidance to refine your skills and align your career goals with global development needs.

Who Can Apply?

• Young women (age 24 or under) who are fresh graduates or nearing graduation.
• Residents of India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Maldives, Sri Lanka, Bhutan, Cambodia, Mongolia, Myanmar, Thailand, Philippines, Singapore, Vietnam, Japan, China, South Korea, Israel, or Taiwan.
• Basic proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English (program conducted in English).
• Passionate about humanitarian aid and committed to creating positive change.
• No prior experience required—just enthusiasm and dedication!
