We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Project Coordinator to support the implementation of the project “Mitigate the Prevalence of Drug Use among Youth and Children.”

Education:

· Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Project Management, Public Health, or a related field.

Experience:

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in NGOs or donor-funded programs.

· Familiarity with drug prevention, youth engagement, or community development is a plus.

· Proven ability to coordinate with government entities, NGOs, and local organizations.

Skills:

· Excellent organizational and communication skills.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

· Proficiency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).

· Experience with EU-funded projects or donor compliance is an asset.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate project activities in line with approved work plans.

2. Collaborate with partners like JOHUD and the Anti-Narcotics Department to deliver training and outreach sessions.

3. Identify risks and propose proactive solutions.

4. Track project milestones and compile reports for the Project Manager.

5. Ensure timely and accurate data collection.

6. Organize field visits and support feedback mechanisms.

7. Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with donor standards.

8. Coordinate with schools, universities, and local NGOs for awareness activities.

9. Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders.

10. Ensure adherence to EU donor and SOS CVJO internal policies.

11. Support the Project Manager with additional tasks as needed.
