Education:
· Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
· 1–2 years of experience managing social media accounts (volunteer/internship included).
· Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
Skills:
· Strong Arabic and English writing and editing skills.
· Content creation, basic copywriting, and visual storytelling skills.
· Creativity, initiative, and attention to detail.
· Knowledge of social media trends and platform algorithms.
· Team player with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
· Familiarity with visual storytelling techniques (e.g., framing, lighting).
· Interest in continuously improving creative and communication skills.
· Awareness of trends like short-form videos and Story Highlights.
· Ability to take professional Videos and photos.
Key Responsibilities
1. Create and schedule content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
2. Engage with followers and respond to messages and comments.
3. Support fundraising and awareness campaigns through content and analytics.
4. Cover events live and curate post-event multimedia content.
5. Collaborate with the communications team and designers on creative projects.
6. Stay current with digital trends and contribute fresh ideas.
