We’re looking for a strategic and creative Online Fundraising Specialist to lead and grow our digital fundraising efforts. Education:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

Experience:

· 3-5 years in digital marketing, fundraising, or communications.

· Experience planning and executing digital campaigns.

· Proven track record in online fundraising, sales, or marketing.

· Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, and CRM tools.

· Ability to independently manage online campaign planning and budgeting.

· Ability to work in a partially virtual setup.

Skills:

· Data analytics and reporting capabilities.

· Solid understanding of social media, email marketing, and donor platforms.

· Experience with A/B testing and user experience (UX) optimization.

· Familiarity with dashboards and website backends.

· Strong content writing skills for online platforms.

· Basic understanding of internet technologies (HTML, PHP, ASP.NET, JavaScript).

· Experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, Final Cut, or similar image/video editing tools is a plus.

· Google Certification is a plus.

· Excellent communication and organizational skills.

· Hardworking, proactive, and able to perform well under pressure.

· Strong conceptual thinking and ability to work as part of a team.

· Strong organizational skills and flexibility.

· Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan and manage digital fundraising strategies to grow donor support.

2. Launch and monitor creative online campaigns across social, email, and web platforms.

3. Develop donor engagement plans to increase loyalty and retention.

4. Use data insights to improve campaign performance and target key audiences.

5. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for unified outreach.

6. Stay updated on trends in digital giving, tools, and donor behavior.

7. Monitor campaign progress, evaluate results, and prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).

8. Develop and implement donor engagement calendar plans to boost retention and donor lifetime value.

9. Use digital platforms to deliver impactful storytelling and strengthen connections between donors and the organization’s mission.
