Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
· Minimum 5 years as an HR Manager in a humanitarian or nonprofit context.\
· Strong experience in HR planning, budgeting, and payroll.
· Proven knowledge of performance management and labor laws.
Skills:
· Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
· Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
· Proficient in HR systems, tax and social security compliance.
· Analytical thinking, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and implement recruitment and onboarding processes.
2. Guide performance management, staff development, and appraisal systems.
3. Oversee HR planning, budgeting, and payroll administration.
4. Ensure compliance with national labor laws, tax, and social security regulations.
5. Develop and implement training and orientation programs.
6. Maintain HR records, job descriptions, and documentation.
7. Promote a culture of respect, inclusion, and child safeguarding.
8. Support managers and staff through counseling, communication, and HR policy guidance.
9. Maintain up-to-date HR policies and ensure alignment with SOS global standards.
10. Ensure full compliance with child safeguarding policies.
