Your Role:

As Country Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our mission, overseeing programmes, partnerships, and teams to create real impact. Key responsibilities include:

✅ Strategic Leadership – Develop and execute the country’s annual strategy, ensuring alignment with global goals.
✅ Programme Management – Oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of community programmes.
✅ Partnership Building – Strengthen relationships with local NGOs, schools, and stakeholders.
✅ Team & Operations – Lead a dedicated local team and manage financial, legal, and safety compliance.
✅ Student Engagement – Facilitate meaningful service-learning experiences for international student groups.

Who We’re Looking For

You’re a proactive leader with:
🔹 Experience in NGO program management, education, or youth development.
🔹 Cross-cultural skills – experience working abroad or with diverse groups.
🔹 Strong organizational & financial acumen – ability to manage budgets and logistics.
