About the Role:
The Media Officer will collaborate with our media team to enhance relationships with the press and media across all channels. You will help increase awareness and visibility of KPF's mission, projects, and humanitarian efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain the visual identity of KPF, ensuring consistent application across all media platforms.
Write and publish press releases, media statements, and online content that aligns with KPF’s mission.
Collaborate with project managers and field teams to collect updates, cover events, and create timely media materials.
Coordinate with the media office in Gaza, Turkey to document and organize media content.
Propose innovative media ideas and identify new opportunities for engagement.
Ensure all visibility materials comply with KPF’s graphic and branding standards.
Translate media materials as needed.
Promote KPF events through strategic marketing and press coverage.
Requirements:
Creativity and a passion for media and storytelling.
Strong writing and editing skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Commitment to KPF’s mission and values.
Work can start remotely with the potential for on-site office work when travel to the operations office is possible.
