Oxfam is looking for someone dynamic, creative and flexible to join the Knowledge for Impact Team in its mandate to support Oxfam to become a Knowledge-based organization. We look forward to hearing from individuals with proven experience in working with a diversity of colleagues on implementing knowledge strategies, across programs and borders with a view to promoting and achieving a knowledge-sharing and learning culture. This position has a greater focus on Asia and Pacific regions, while continues to support the global mandate of the team.

This job offers an exciting opportunity to promote and enable the implementation of a knowledge strategy, working with a diversity of colleagues and partners across Oxfam, working closely with country and regional teams and provide hands-on support on every step of the process, including adapting the strategy if needed.
The purpose of this role is to foster a knowledge culture that focuses on intentional collective creation and use of knowledge for the purpose of improving practices, how we work, make better decisions and achieve better results, above and beyond knowledge management or M&E. At the heart of this role is a vision and goal to help people apply collective learning, and adaptation to the many emerging complex context and activities that happen in Oxfam. We are seeking candidates who have proven experience of helping organisations to achieve such transformation of their knowledge practices.

This position is based in Asia in a country where Oxfam has an office and is able to provide a contract of employment. Only candidates with the right to live and work in these countries will be considered.
