One year ago CARE developed the Entertainment Industry Strategy and Relarions department to raise the organization’s brand in the US market. The success of year one has created the need to add a Manager of Entertainment Industry Strategy & Relations. The Manager will help recruit, manage, and educate celebity Ambassadors about CARE. Working at CARE’s US headquarters in Atlanta the Manager will liase internally with other departments who’s programs and projects intersect with the department. The Manager with be responsible for engaging celebrities and entertaiment studios and productions in Atlanta.
- Cultivation of celebrities and entertainment industry platforms
- Management of Education of Celebrity ambassadors
- Atlanta Liaison for Entertainment Industry Strategy and Relations Department
- Celebity Social Media
- College Graduate with a BA majoring in Public Relation or Media with a minor in Public Policy or Political Science OR equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Proficient in MIcrosoft Office, Excel, Power Point, Word, Publisher
- A minimum of 3 years experience of working in the entertainment industry
- Proficiency in social Media including Facebook, Instagram. LIve in or relocate (at your own expense) to Atlanta
- Written communication skills
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
