The Opportunity
Save the Children LAC RO is currently recruiting for an experienced Education Adviser to guide Education in Emergency (EiE) programming in the LAC region. We are looking for a committed professional with a proven track record in education in humanitarian contexts, as well as experience in programme design and delivery.

Key areas of responsibility
* EiE support to the Venezuela Migration Response
* Co-lead the Education sector regional groups
* Strengthen EiE capacities and emergency preparedness
* Programme development and portfolio growth
* Coordination and representation
* Advocacy and knowledge management
* Humanitarian response support

In order to be successful you will have:
* Experience in education in humanitarian contexts
* Worked at an advisory level in international INGOs.
* English and Spanish language abilities
* Substantial progressive, professional-level experience with experience in early childhood and/or primary education, or non-formal education with adolescents.
* Proposal development and report writing skills
