Here’s where you come in:

As Communications Administrative Support you will provide administrative support to enable the communications team to function effectively. This will be primarily through support to the senior directors through planning call times, taking and sharing minutes of meetings, providing meeting planning and execution, managing and updating network databases (including contact lists, Microsoft team and Skype group membership), helping with expense reports, supporting People & Culture (HR) paperwork and processes, and providing backup administrative support to communications platforms, including Sprout, wvrelief, wvcentral, wvi.org, media monitoring platforms, Kissflow, StoryHub, Poppulo and others.

Requirements include:

  • Excellent office management and business management skills.
  • Excellent time management skills, balancing multiple demands and prioritising.
  • Excellent interpersonal communications skills.
  • 3-5 years’ strong administrative experience.
  • Effective organizational, analytical, and oral and written communication skills in English.
  • The position requires ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 10% of the time.
