Team Leader

Performance Evaluation of USAIDs Climate Services Investments

Project Summary:

This job description is for a team lead position for a performance evaluation under MSI and the Palladium Groups E3 Analytics and Evaluation Project, which supports the design and implementation of rigorous evaluations for USAIDs Bureau for Economic Growth, Education, and Environment (E3). This evaluation is commissioned by the Office of Global Climate Change in the Bureau for Economic Growth, Education, and Environment of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID/E3/GCC) and will examine climate services (CS) investments funded by USAIDs climate change adaptation budget since 2012.

USAID invests in activities to support CS across the developing world, working to build resilience to weather and climate variability as well as support long-term planning in the face of climate change. The evaluation will identify lessons learned across different USAID CS investments and projects in partner countries and draw out successes and challenges for interventions along the CS value chain.
