  1. Engage with other teams to define requirements, validate assumptions, and test prototypes during development of the assigned project.

  2. Research, identify, and evaluate tools and platforms suitable to meet

  3. Design and build online systems for the assigned project, primarily through
    configuration of cloud-based platforms but also developing custom pieces of
    software when needed.

  4. Prepare technical documentation and specifications on a regular basis.

  5. Create user testing plans, contribute to instructional and training material, and provide user support remotely or in-person.

  6. Maintain systems and continuously seek to improve functionality and
