  • Review the current portfolio of open global international positions and assess recruiting strategy and initiatives.
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates using professional networking sites and social media.
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
  • Conduct initial screens with prospective applicants and organize on-going interviews with hiring manager and recommend hires to hiring managers.
  • Develop and implement international college recruiting initiatives.
  • Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
  • Calibration of the candidates and formulation of interview guidelines and methods of evaluation in coordination with the recruiter manager.
  • Provide methodologies to attract female and diverse candidates and to respond to exceptional recruitment pressures in areas of critical skill shortage.
  • Bring new on-line recruitment tools and sources for the specific positions we will be recruiting in the different regions.
  • Assess reference and background checks for potential employees.
