Strong experience is required in the management of humanitarian and recovery projects, including specific skill in people management, programme budget management, project cycle management and donor relations (proposal negotiation, reporting, and donor compliance). Additionally, we would be looking for someone with experience in working alongside local partner organisations to strengthen their communities.
