Evaluation services for the iMlango Transitions Project implemented by Avanti Communications LIMITED

Avanti Communications Limited is looking for an experienced external evaluator to lead a team of reviewers in conducting evaluation services for the iMlango Transitions Project implemented by Lead partner Avanti Communications Limited.

The successful candidate will have:

· At least 5 years of experience in Monitoring and Evaluation for DFID or other donor led programmes

· Expertise on the social development, education or related context of Kenya and the East Africa region

· Excellent English speaking and writing skills

The first baseline review is expected to take place between October 2017 and April 2018, with field visits tentatively scheduled January – March 2018. The Project is funded from April 2017 – March 2021 and is required to have at least three stages of evaluation throughout this time.
