Disaster description
In February 2012, several localities in the Central African Republic, particularly Bougoula, Mbaïki and Amada-Gaza were hit by heavy rains accompanied by violent winds that caused serious material damage and human casualties. The disaster affected about 1,920 people. (IFRC, 25 Oct 2012)
