Tropical Storm Linfa - May 2003

Tropical storm Linfa (local name "Chedeng") hit the island of Luzon in the northern Philippines on Tuesday 27 May 2003, causing landslides, flash floods and widespread flooding in five regions (I, III, IV, VI, and CAR).
