Colombia: Floods and Landslides - Sep 2011

Since the start of the second rainy season in September, more than 914,280 people have been affected by floods and landslides in most of the country. Some departments, including Cesar, Chocó, Córdoba and North of Santander, are also particularly affected by the armed conflict (OCHA, 29 Dec 2011).
