Hurricane Frank approached Mexico's pacific border displacing more than 7,000 people and leaving four dead from a mudslide. Hurricane Frank created torrential rains in Guatemala leaving fifty people dead from landslides. For months several cities in Mexico suffered from flooding and mudslides. The government aid continued into November as did the rains and storms. Finally, in December 2010 many districts began to declare an end to the emergency.
