North Africa: Floods - Apr 2007

Disaster description

Between March and April 2007, Northern Algeria, North Eastern Morocco and Southern Tunisia faced localized flash floods causing severe damage to local infrastructure and livelihoods. The death toll was 18 in Nigeria and 3 in Morocco. IFRC, 2 May 2007
