Afghan Voter Registrants Pass 9.5 Million Mark

As of 10 August the number of Afghans registered throughout the country to vote reached 9,643, 302. Of that total 5,634, 835 (58.4 percent) are men and 4,008,467 (41.6 percent) are women.
