Dear Colleagues,

Due to the late arrival of funds for the original appeal ASBD-21 issued on 19 of August, ACT member KOINONIA was unable to carry out implementation of their proposed emergency relief. The floodwaters have since receded in most areas and the flood affected have returned to their homes. Hence the emergency items in the original proposal are no longer appropriate.
