Iran/Pakistan: Earthquake - Apr 2013
Disaster description
An earthquake registering 7.8 on the Richter scale occurred in Sistan and Baluchestan Province in south-eastern in Iran, 78 km from the border with Pakistan, on 16 Apr 2013. According to the latest media reports, 34 people were killed and some 80 people were injured in Pakistan. (OCHA, 16 Apr 2013)
