WASHINGTON, DC - With Hurricane Tomas barreling towards Haiti and the hundreds of thousands of people in displacement camps, the Pan American Development Foundation (PADF) is urgently seeking cash donations so it can help this already battered population.

Washington, D.C., January 13, 2010 - After the devastating 7.0 earthquake that struck Haiti, the non-profit Pan American Development Foundation (PADF) is asking companies, governments and individuals for $10 million in order to meet the urgent needs of Haitians.
