The Agency for Co-operation and Research in Development, ACORD has said it will continue offering humanitarian aid in Northern Uganda despite the deteriorating security.

In a press Statement released Thursday, the Agency strongly condemned the indiscriminate attacks on the civilians and humanitarian agencies by the Lord's Resistance Army (LRA) rebels in which ACORD staff was killed and three others seriously injured.
