Practicing accountability in South Sudan

Oxfam has put handling of complaints from affected community members at the heart of their accountability systems. The Public Health Promoter (PHP) team and the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, Learning Team in Jamman, South Sudan have set up a complaints handling system as a key element of being accountable to affected communities and efforts to strengthen their ongoing response.
