Why this Manual

This manual has been developed to help WASH cluster partners to contribute to the Somalia Humanitarian Response Plan 2019 (HRP). The WASH HRP is summarized in two pages and this manual provides more detailed information to guide partners in developing their proposals, identify key locations and activities that are aligned with population needs and strategic directions sets by the cluster, the Inter-Cluster Coordination Group (ICCG) and the Humanitarian Country Team (HCT).
