"For three years we lived in the bush, moving from place to place to escape the soldiers and the fighting. We only had the food we could get from the bush, and there were no doctors or medicines. So we decided to leave and come to Tanzania. I hope that here we can live in peace, and my children can go to school for the first time. But when the war is over, yes, I want to go home." Marion Machozi is one of hundreds of thousands of people from the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) who were forced to leave their homes in recent years because of horrific violence.
