The Caribbean - Hurricane "Keith" and Tropical Storm "Joyce"
Weakened Tropical Storm Joyce likely to affect the Southern Windward Islands
Tropical Storm Joyce has maintained a track just slightly south of West over night and continues along a path which is likely to take it to the south of Barbados over the next 24 - 36 hours. At 11am EST, Tropical Storm Joyce was located at 10.4N and 56.1W or approximately 300 miles ESE of Barbados. Joyce has continued to weaken under the influence of hostile low-level easterly winds. Its forecast track has it affecting the southern Windward Islands of Trinidad & Tobago, St.
