LUANDA, Dec 16, 2009 (Xinhua via COMTEX) -- The ongoing talks at the ninth session of the joint commission on border and refugee issues between Angola and the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) have made positive progress, commission spokesman Nelson Cosme said here on Wednesday.

LUANDA, Jul 15, 2009 (Xinhua via COMTEX) -- The Angolan Ministry of Health and the Italian Foundation of Oil Companies (ENI) signed here on Tuesday a five million euros memorandum of understanding (MoU) for assisting Angolan children through vaccination and nutrition programs.
