LUANDA, Dec 16, 2009 (Xinhua via COMTEX) -- The ongoing talks at the ninth session of the joint commission on border and refugee issues between Angola and the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) have made positive progress, commission spokesman Nelson Cosme said here on Wednesday.

LUANDA, Sep 28, 2009 (Xinhua via COMTEX) -- At least 85 Angolans who fled to the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) during Angola's civil war returned to the motherland over the weekend, a senior official said on Monday.

Victor Kusonga, acting director of the Welfare and Social Reintegration Department of Angola's northern Zaire Province, told reporters in the provincial capital Mbanza Kongo that the 85 Angolan refugees returned home through Luvo land border.

LUANDA, Jul 15, 2009 (Xinhua via COMTEX) -- The Angolan Ministry of Health and the Italian Foundation of Oil Companies (ENI) signed here on Tuesday a five million euros memorandum of understanding (MoU) for assisting Angolan children through vaccination and nutrition programs.
