At the heart of most International Health initiatives is the "Project/Program" whose ultimate goal is (should be) to improve the lives of those it serves. The purpose of this short course is to teach - in a comprehensive way - the factors that go into designing an effective project, pointing out along the way all the pitfalls and errors that may lessen or even harm the impact. We will work together on all the aspects required, including: • setting the vision • establishing the methodology • drawing up a budget, and • setting the indicators for M&E to show the results.
