Course Objective

To learn the essentials about planning and management of mass gathering events

The course is open to everyone interested.

It will be specially interesting to private and public officials with responsibility in massive public events, civil and military emergency planners, emergency managers, emergency services: police, fire and ambulance officers.

videos, audios and reports on major crowd disasters.

Field visit to Real Madrid Stadium Santiago Bernabeu (for courses delivered in Madrid)

If needed, please check visa procedures with the appropriate Spanish Embassy.

We can only send the invitation letter, AFTER THE COURSE REGISTRATION HAS BEEN PAID. We do not undertake any type arrangements with Emabassies. Obtaining a visa is entirely a responsibility of applicants

We recomend to apply for you visa 2-3 months in advance.

CEDEM courses are now delivered in Lozoya, a quiet village, one hour drive (85 km) from Madrid city.

Fees include:

  • Accommodation in shared apartments (two participants per apartment). Should you want an individual apartment, you should add 40 euro per day of course (limited availability of individual apartments-book early if this is your option).

  • Transportation from and to Madrid Airport and the course site (the previous day to the course start)..

Fees do not include:

  • Meals
