Progress for Children
This report addresses the fourth
Millennium Development Goal, which aims for a two-thirds reduction of under-five
mortality rates between 1990 and 2015. It
reveals global gains in
child survival since 1990, but also significant discrepancies within and
across countries and regions. The document is divided into the following
regions:

- CEE/CIS Baltic states
- Latin America and the Caribbean
