du Monde in the cases of Iraq, Somalia, the former Yugoslavia, Rwanda,
Burundi, the Former Zaire, Chechnya and Kosovo, in terms of three fundamental
objectives of humanitarian missions in times of violent conflict:

- Reaching the most vulnerable victims
- Supervising the aid provided to beneficiaries
