ERCOM plane carrying humanitarian cargo took off for Tajikistan on April 3

Today at 14:50 Moscow time on the instructions of the Russian President and Government an EMERCOM Il-76 plane flew from Ramenskoye airport to Tajikistan to deliver humanitarian aid to overcome consequences of abnormal winter weather conditions.

The Emergency Ministry plane delivered 38 tons of humanitarian cargo: 40 summer and winter tents, 70 heaters, 5 sets of search-and-rescue tools, 1 mobile power station, 525 boxes of tinned meat and 450 boxes of tinned fish.

2 more EMERCOM Il-76 planes are planned to fly to Dushanbe within next 2 days.
