Islamic State kills villagers as fighting with Syrian army rages near Hama
The Observatory said that at least 34 people had been killed and that dozens had been injured
BEIRUT, May 18 (Reuters) - Islamic State attacked villages near the only useable road that links the government-controlled cities of Aleppo and Homs on Thursday, killing many residents, Syrian state media and a Britain-based war monitoring group said.
