  • Milling voucher programme for refugees in Maban and Yida under threat of suspension due to fund constraints. Since October 2014, the milling vouchers have been reduced from 70 percent of the distributed inkind cereals to 50 percent. The programme is at risk of being suspended in February if contributions do not arrive.
